And Sarah's next question will be: "Won't that take away the spell you just gave me?"

I was hoping that Pandora was going to be up front with Sarah about it, a nice surprise to see Sarah understanding and that Pandora's loving that fact.
Maybe Pandora's plan has Sarah using the spell or somehow exercising her magic muscle enough. That might be why Pandora went back to Sarah, because she wants to see what kind of fun Sarah has with that spell.
Well that and more likely the fact that Sarah has already shown that she can handle interacting with Pandora.

Like I said before, either Sarah was probably all "I need to tell someone" and Elliot was first in her contact list, or Pandora mentioned Elliot in her most recent meeting with Sarah. Either way Grace probably texted back saying Elliot had to deal with something and asked if she could help and Sarah said yes.

Oh hey, just realized, Sarah knows Tedd can see magic spells in action, she's probably wants to show him her spell as well.
Mainly though I think she wants to talk more about fixing the energy clog.
Also it occurred to me that maybe she texted Elliot first because Pandora mentioned Elliot being in danger from another Immortal?

I've seen people looking for their sunglasses while wearing them... You would think they'd notice the world is darker than usual ...

In your opinion, yes -- but not in the opinion of girls and women looking for role models and heroes of their own. The point of diversity in movies is that as long as we do not have full representation, those who don't get represented feel left out.
(At one point, a teenage gay boy wrote Mark Hamill a fan letter in which he wondered if Luke Skywalker might be gay. Mark Hamill wrote back that he saw absolutely no reason that Luke couldn't be. Such a seemingly small gesture but it allowed a boy to feel included instead of left out...)

There could be a few possibilities for how the warmongering horde obtained magic, one could be that becoming a wizard was more simple than just being born with the distinction, another could be they were marked but that would mean either they all managed to psyche themselves up enough that everyone yearned the same kind of magic, or the marker was able to just give whatever spell regardless of innate talent or yearning.
I wouldn't at all be surprised if it was Pandora that caused the last system change considering she was able to recall it in that much detail, and her reaction might be indicative of "Dammit, I'm about to do it again!"

Only if there are more vampires in Moperville who've been keeping a low profile. Sirleck probably can't just dial up 1-800-VAMPIRE to recruit more.

At the end of "so a date" Sirleck talks about sending vampires after Adrian, so either there are more vampires in Moperville that hadn't been found before Tara and Andrea left, or Sirleck isn't aware that the vampire's he called in have been killed.
Sirleck: "I will rain hell down on Moperville!"  ::after some time on the phone:: "Where are all the vampires?!?! I can't rain hell on Moperville without the vampires that I called in!"

Well, Pandora found one guy to whom she could give an "actual gaydar" spell, so a trans-radar spell if a possibility, but Sam, being pre-op Trans, is probably longing for a self-transformation like Tedd's or Eliot's.

I'm wondering if not most of the rest of the country considers Moperville something of a hoax. After all most anything in the media about that town is obviously made up, and it's been that way for as long as theres been newspapers. It probably started as a joke that became perpetuated as more and more papers used stories from Moperville as light entertainment whenever they were a bit short on real news. After all most every news story about that town is about some weird giant animal, flying critters the size of a camper, burning people fighting in the streets and flying cheerleaders. There's no way that place actually exists, and if it does then they are probably playing along just for the fun and to sell Moperville Mad Monster merchandise. A bit like how you can buy Blinky merchandise in any town called Springfield...

We should also account for the fact that just having a link to the other side of the world might be enough to have a history of weird stuff going on, the increased energy levels seem to be a thing that's been happening for roughly 14 years with a complete saturation due to the clog happening within the past year, BUT there could still have been frequent instances of creatures or mages from the other half of the world peeking into this half for decades or even centuries.

I put a lot of stock in this comic. Carol is older than the Main 8 and she is completely used to local weirdness.  I take from this that things have been weird probably since before Carol was born (weirdness taken for granted by the time Carol was old enough to start processing such things + an amount of time for weird things to start happening and for people to get used to it), so I'd say strange stuff has been happening in Moperville for at least 30 years minimum.

The further back we can trace weird stuff happening, the more strongly Occam's Razor suggests that something other than Pandora is responsible.  30 years says Moperville was not normal before Pandora and Raven showed up.  Raven is probably there, along with Nanase's family and Ed Verres' FBI unit, because of a long history of weirdness in Moperville.

If we build on that reasoning and decide that Ed Verres' parents and Nanase's grandparents moved to Moperville because of the strangeness of the place, we can push the probable arcane history of Moperville back to 40 years ago and make a case for 50.

Considering Voltaire claimed both instances of Dex summoning fire golems as 1 attempt, then Voltaire would have been responsible for the first case, I stated before that Voltaire could have had Dex summon the one, then released him with no memory of doing so immediately after, Dex would then become a natural witness and people wouldn't suspect him.

He might not be alone. It's possible only way for immortal to have child is to get pregnant herself. Would be enough to make lot of immortal not bother.
Her argument actually was that the balance already shifted by technology and if she makes magic more common, the balance won't really change.
Not really. Sure, Dex took the HD video, but he might've not even posted it. Of course, it does mean that Voltaire didn't mind publicizing the incident, as otherwise he would at least TRY to make it less visible.
I think he WASN'T controlled at the time. It's even possible he summoned the fire guy, then the control ceased and only after that he started taking that video. The fire guy doesn't necessary need to disappear when Dex stops paying attention to it.
I don't think Edward is THAT good.
    Sounds likely.

In an issue of Xxxenophile, Phil Foglio posits an intriguing alternative to Bernoulli's principle as to why aircraft can fly, and it sort of involves "bouncing"...

So this is probably how he wants to "make the world a better place." He wants to find a way to get Immortals to change their laws so they can more directly affect the world.

Either Catalina is so catlike already that nobody notices the difference, or people are just not paying sufficient attention to her to register it.
What's odd is that Rhoda hasn't reacted, given that she is paying quite a lot of attention to Catalina . . .
Also, who here saw that Pandora was still wearing eyeglasses in the fourth panel before reading this post?

Sirleck would doubtlessly prefer a host who would give him more power, either magic power or socioeconomic power. The secretary has neither, being a mere minion. A young and strong Mage such as Magus/Elliot, however, is an extremely tempting target.
