One would think that a dewitchery diamond duplicate would mean that aside from gender, Elliot and Ellen would be identical, although they do have height difference to be able to claim to be fraternal twins rather than identical twins. The real question is whether the TFG and even transformation magic goes that far when changing a person's physical structure. Elliot's superhero spell might be that thorough, but standard morphs might still run the risk of leaving fingerprints that could be traced back to Elliot or Ellen.

Jerry said Diane was Susan's sister. He never said she was her twin.

Wait: New theory: The "Other Woman With Susan's Face" is ADRIAN's alternate from other dimension.
That explains both mentioned foreshadowings. Also, as an elf she has enough experience with modifying hospital records: she obviously wouldn't want to appear on either Diane's or Susan's records.
(Note: It was obviously Pandora's alternate who found a way to break the "elves can't have children" rule. Adrian wanted to fight ; his alternate wanted to have children.)

No one's saying it has to, it's just that if you go to Fic archive sites, the fics that don't use the existing cast tend to be at the bottom of the list going by views, comments, favorites, etc. Fans seek out fan-work that stars their favorite character, or fleshes out their favorite extra, more often than not. having an OC 'steal' that spotlight typicaly ends badly.

my money is on the possibility that susan IS diane. the multiverse has been a part of the series for quite some time now, and it would explain the absence of diane's family, on this world atleast...

    So am I.
    Scrying the Title Page (Again)
Susan and Diane have their backs to each other and are looking at each other over their shoulders. Maybe asking themselves "Who are we to each other?"
Possible Foreshadowing of Alternate Universe Diane:
Elliot meets Diane Elliot dreams about Mirror-Mirror Diane But remember that Jerry said that Diane was Susan's long-lost sister. Immortals can lie, but I don't think they lie to themselves very often.
So my current bet is on Edward not being infallible after all, or Edward lying because he believes it's the right thing to do.
    Grammar Reminder
I just used "its" instead of "it's" before I noticed and corrected myself. "Its" is the possessive or genitive form of the pronoun "it". "It's" is the contraction of "it is". This is one of the many examples of why you should proofread instead of relying on spellcheck. Sorry, fellow slackers.

I thought that Jerry was at the party to watch Nanase. He does owe part of his promise to her after all. Also, if he was aware of who not-Tengu was, then he would have specific reason to be watching over Nanase and her friends.

I don't think immortals are infallible either.  Yeah, they can watch everyone from another plane of reality, but he'd have to have been watching Susan and/or Diane around the time of their birth to know that for sure, and he was wrong about Susan etc. knowing that immortals die.  He might have just figured out that they were sisters the same way that Ellen and Nanase did (same appearance, he can probably sense magic affinities, and he may have seen/heard Ellen and Nanase's reaction when Diane mentioned her birthday).

He still could have deduced they were sisters based on their appearance/affinity before the party.  Plus, why would he know?  We don't have any reason to believe he was paying attention to Susan when she was born, and if he has any other family detection powers, alternate universe counterparts or similar might still look similar to twins to that, especially if he didn't consider alternate universes—he didn't seem to already know about other paranormal things the main characters went through, and Tara thought Elliot and Ellen were twins based on their aura.
"Can't really tell which of ya could summon The Bane one day" — would seem to imply that it is actually a summoning affinity.  It might still be a different summoning affinity—I don't know how specific affinities are—or maybe it's actually Charlotte who has that affinity (but then Diane would still have some vampire hunter affinity).

Yeah, that's why I think there's more to this than is shown, I don't see why Jerry would lie and leave false hints about Diane's relation to Susan when he vowed to help Susan and Nanase to make up for Helena and Demetrius supposedly lying to them. I don't think he would just assume Diane is Susan's sister after eavesdropping on Ellen and Nanase discussing the possibility of it, then again, he did assume that Sarah didn't have any innate talents for magic, but that might not count because he apparently wasn't powerful enough to detect it.
We'll have to wait till the next page to see if Edward says anything else about this, but I don't think he'd lie about whether or not Susan was adopted, Nanase would have given him the exact same reasons she gave Elliot and Diane about why she believes they're sisters and he isn't faking seizures or anything so I do believe he didn't find anything. but like I said before, it's possible someone else did a really good job of covering up Susan's true origins.

    SOMEBODY is wrong.
I'm going to call it.  Edward has been intentionally fed false information when doing his background checks, by or on behalf of Tedd's mom.
For extra credit I'm going to squint suspiciously at Mr "half immortals can't have children".

Does Grace still have that amulet she got from Dex? We didn't see whether she gave it to Tedd or Edward but if she gave it to Tedd, then Pandora might suggest that Sarah get it and allow Pandora to pump a pile of magic energy into her to do whatever she needs to do. We know that the spell Dex was using to summon the fire golems and bulldog dragon was the same spell as what he used to summon the fairy, what kind of stuff could Sarah do with her spell with extra oomph behind it?

I have a theory about why Pandora is talking to Sarah. Firstly, depending on how much Pandora knows- which seems to be quite a bit- Pandora probably knows Sarah was Tedd's lab assistant. Since Tedd's lab has wards on it put in place by Edward, it's fair to assume that at a minimum, the whole house has similar wards. Assuming  Edward doesn't have access to wards that can be permanently put on a person. As such, it's probably that Pandora can't appear to Tedd without Edward finding out- at which point, she may as well just appear to Edward. In other words, it may simply be she wants Sarah to let Tedd know what needs to be done.
Second, Pandora has to know- from the conversation in Question Mark, if nothing else- that Sarah wants to be able to use magic. When Pandora gest the energy clog unclogged, Sarah will lose access to her spell, since- according to Pandora- she hasn't the power to use it. She may want to give Sarah a power boost so she can at least use the mark without the energy clog. ( or, of course, even Awaken Sarah.)

Half of the people would BE the Evil Twins, and thus they would have Good Twins.
Also, "villian" originally meant anybody who lived in a village (as opposed to "civilized" city folk).
I would like to see Ashley get the "magical empathy" spell, myself.

Perhaps because it's just one thing and knowing about it doesn't really give much indication that there are other spells/other ways to get magic, or much information about how other aspects of magic work (like awakening and magic marks and such)?  (Especially if Jerry powering the hammers meant that using hammers didn't build up energy that could be used for awakening.)
    How about "Theodore Clark"?
Re: Evil Monkey American: Regardless of whether African-American etc. are good terms to use/make sense/etc., I think that's probably what he was referencing.  In any case, he seems to be following the letter of the law regarding political correctness, and either not understanding well or not caring about the reasoning behind it (he knows one should accept gay people, but doesn't think about why it might be a bad idea to basically say "I accept you being gay" publicly to someone who either isn't gay or isn't out about it), so even if the term African-American isn't preferred it would still be in-character for him to use it.

Technically, Abraham is a time traveler. He can only go in one direction, but its safe to say that he's well outside his original time.

Or they might have a spell akin to Abraham's Modern Knowledge spell, allowing them to pick up the local language (which may have changed considerably since the last time they spoke it).

Considering Helena and Demetrius were first shown speaking fluent French and then switching to fluent English not long after. I'm thinking they're either fast picking up languages, or the knowledge of all the languages carry over from reset to reset.
That Helena and Demetrius were initially speaking French was likely due to being reset in France and the confusion afterwards, they would have realized that they'd have to switch to English if they were going to pose as students at MNHS to watch Elliot.

Pandora lists six reasons Ashley would like to transform people:
Irony Comedy New experiences Lesson teaching Complete randomness Pure fetish (could it be "big boobs"?) And Pandora finishes with "and more!"
Pandora knows Ashley will feel guilty once she realizes she's been transforming people against their will, and will likely stop transforming people. Or she may decide to give Ashley a spell that suits her goodness better, like giving Good Tom a spell for sensing puppies in danger.
If this wasn't set in the past, I'd expect that in the next strip Pandora would tell herself: "Screw it, I'll never find a better transformer." But if Ashley started transforming people two months or so ago, it would have been in the news, even if Ashley wasn't identified, and even if Ashley didn't know she was doing it. Plus, Bad Tom would be a toad.As for Pandora's incentive, she stated it quite clearly: Transformations are the magic most likely to be noticed by normal people.
(This, of course, excludes everyone at the card tournament except for Grace.) A spell to transform others means more transformations than spells to transform the casters.

I think it's a matter of "Ashley's conscience is so strong that it would block her from being able to cast such a spell even if Pandora unlocked all of the magical barriers to it".
