I am in agreement with you, Hack, this is one of the most painful pages of the comic to date. The conversation is necessarily insensitive, due to the topic, but Nanase and Ellen did not approach it very well. This exchange is made worse by the absence of an intermediary, because - of all the friends in their circle - they've spent the least time developing their relationships with Susan. Discussing the topic with Tedd's father was quite invasive, and seeking the truth is not a sufficient justification for either invading her privacy or putting this on her in the moment. They haven't thought this mystery through, it is not as simple as unmasking a man. Telling her creates distress but it doesn't benefit her or Diane in the near term.

Alright, so this particular glow is not the same as the glow we saw when Susan summoned the sword during the goo fight.
Also Susan is pretty darned sure that she would have known by now if she had a twin sister, half sister on the other hand, wouldn't be as easy if the mother of Diane never went after Mr Pompoms, heck Mr Pompoms might not even know he got her pregnant if it was just a one night stand.

Yeah, it's pretty crazy how so little time has passed in the comic. Dan even made a joke about it during Squirrel Prophet after the tournament ended and Grace commented that it felt like she ate dinner months ago.

Tedd didn't get a nose beep. No one but Ellen got one. That sleepy time dream doesn't seem like one Nioi would send even if she is keeping an eye on our Tedd & company; she's in love with Lord Tedd or at least very maternal toward him. If it wasn't just a nightmare, it might be one of Voltaire's little "gifts."
I kind of think The Shive hadn't thought up Voltaire back then, but I wouldn't be surprised if He retconned this dream into being part of Voltaire's schemes. Voltaire might actually working with or through General Shade Tail. Getting Lord Tedd to try to eliminate all his alternates would surely fit into Voltaire's designs to neutralize our Tedd, the Seer.
We don't have much evidence about what Lord Tedd has been up to or not beyond Edward's assertion that Lord Tedd wasn't behind the attacks on Elliot. I see that the likely factor in that is Nioi. Edward, who keeps so many secrets, may be in contact with her. Even if he isn't, Nioi doesn't like what General Shade Tail is doing to Lord Tedd and she might even have eliminated the General or at least gotten Lord Tedd to break with him.
Whatever our Tedd can see as a seer, he didn't see Voltaire before Volty appeared in Sarah's room, even though he'd met Voltaire not too much earlier at his own home. But Tedd's just learning to use his awesome but obscure gifts. Voltaire doesn't want him to keep on learning. My guess is that Voltaire most doesn't want Tedd or any other mortal with the power to see him when he doesn't want to be seen.

Ah. This actually strengthens an old idea of mine: that it was the absence of Elliot in his world that helped to create Lord Tedd. Also, I had once before speculated on the possibility of targeting Elliot to get at Tedd. I am rather sorry to see my hypothesis confirmed in this way. :/

So, Tedd is a rare and dangerous magic using type. So what happens if he takes up as his new quest to find "magic" and give it a good talking to? It sounds like the kind of thing he could succeed at, doesn't it?

Pandora was uninterested in giving Ashley healing spells because the only ones she could give her were really weak ones that nobody would take notice of ("heal minor scratches", etc.). Pandora might have gone for it if she could have given a "Cure Serious Wounds" spell instead.

1) Don't bother copying the comment. The threads will be merged, not deleted.
2) Don't give up. Especially if you have tags and the other thread doesn't. Maybe you will be lucky and your thread will be chosen. (Although, usually it's the thread without tags which is chosen. Maybe because it's first, as the creator wasn't losing time with setting tags?)
