Except that in some versions of the multiverse theory, every universe (and therefore every collection of those universal constants) that could exist, does. (Or, perhaps, did or will. Depending on how time relates from one universe to another.)
Therefore, all the combinations that allow for star and planet formation exist.
We think this one is special - and it is, to us - because we can see it.
But somewhere out there is another planet inhabited by sapient beings. They refer to themselves as "us" and the place they live as "here", and they gaze at the stars and wonder if they are the only ones...

The whole "WHY ARE YOU HERE" line suggest that whoever it is thinks that Jerry is intruding. As stated before, Pandora likely considers all of Tedd's friends as a kind of extended family and would protect them.

How? The one who is grabbing him may stay on astral plane. He doesn't need to scream: he only need to imply he could wake up Susan if the grabber would follow him to material plane.
I think she killed that vampire quite thoroughly, but yes it could be his brother ... or friend. I mean not literal brother but someone who considers him his brother.
Abner was just lucky. I think we need to call professionals. Charlotte's Angels.

I am guessing Dan is using these comics to express all the different ways he considered for having Susan and Diane be related, or unrelated, over the years before he reveals the actual story* at the end of the Sister III arc.
    *until the next ret-con.

Susan's fairies are serving her as court jesters.  Reacting with exaggerated emotions to everything so that she, like a dignified monarch, can maintain the veneer of detached stoicism.

Nonsense! Every world has a BtVS, even the ones with no TV. In the Moperverse version, Buffy looks like Susan.

Perhaps it's related to having a video store that's still in business. Now there's evidence of magic!

The secret word is "you." Which is why Heka can say Pandora is the "perfect example of why".
Is that not worthy of an over-the-pole "WHAT?!"

This is the loudest one yet. The uryuom holding his hands over his ears has the entire Earth between himself and Egypt, which is, of course, on the other side of the planet from the Americas. All the previous shouts were from Moperville, near Chicago. Apparently the "WHAT?!" had to come over the North Pole like a Russian ICBM. Or maybe Santa. How many of you remember actual announcements on TV and radio on Christmas Eve that NORAD was tracking Santa?

Voltaire told Abner his plan would make this world a better place. While there are all sorts of evil ways to interpret that, one that would fit is a world with less vampires and certainly one without Sirleck. This could win him Brownie points with the "they" who are supposed to finally listen to him.
As for why Adrian would be at the Mall, why not? Looking for a new cat toy for Max? Giving Noah a ride because letting Noah fly there would be a bad idea? Cinnabon?
Something to note: The only time the entire Circle of Eight have been together all at once was Grace's Birthday Party. Susan hasn't fought in any of the big battles. Her contribution against the Goo was calling Nanase in and summoning her sword, which she never used. She didn't figure in Painted Black at all, or fight against Abraham or against the bloodgrem Abraham summoned into her school. Susan didn't fight not-Tengu, and made no appearance at all in So a Date at the Mall except in a flashback.

The modern version suggests that he is still very much not there.
    Yesterday upon a stair
    I met a man who wasn't there
    he wasn't there again today
I think he's from the NSA...

Yes, people were generally shorter back in the day.
One example, the Slam Dunk was never even attempted by any player in the NBA (Nile Basketball Association).

Tedd might not have known how much energy he has because he was constantly using it to study magic without realizing it.

Did someone convince Second Life Tedd at an early age that he was "no good" to keep him from developing as a seer?
Was Lord Tedd corrupted for similar reasons?
Could Noriko have been manipulated into leaving our Tedd and Edward to keep the younger Verres confused?

So, Voltaire may be trying to mess up the "sound mind" part, likely +/- the "morally good" is hoped to be a casualty of losing the first.  Next question is, does he know enough to decide, if he isn't getting his way, to blow the whole deal for Tedd by telling too much at the last minute?

According to `define:seer` in The Google, seer has psychic as a synonym
Fun fact:  For the first time in many years I used the "Dictionary List" HTML tags for what they were made for.

Having read nothing, my crackpot theory is that Seer's choose the new form of magic if a reset happens.  Probably not consciously.

My personal teory is that Voltaire is the reason Ted became Lord Ted in that dimension, probably with the help of General Shade Tail.

Ah, yes, striped tractor-feed paper. I was struggling with it long before most of you were born, mostly the wide version which had 132 characters per line as I remember (the home versions were usually 80-characters which could produce 8 1/2 by 11 sheets once you carefully separated them and tore off the feed strips.) The Navy must have leveled many a forest to create the mountain of printer rolls. Once printed, you had to wrestle them into special binders because, of course, you never throw away records. I don't think I ever saw a single officer actually reading one.

But it turns out that the Library of Alexandria was just an annex/entrance to the real Library, which exists in its own pocket universe accessible from Wapsi Square.
