We've yet to see Magus, but considering Sirleck's making a move, Magus should be making an appearance sometime in this storyline. As for Lord Tedd...I don't want to rule it out completely, but Dan has stated uncertainty about whether he should have even introduced the Lord Tedd plotthread or not, but admits that a lot of stuff in the overarching story wouldn't have been possible without it. It's certainly possible Dan's been trying to figure out a way to get back to that thread, that peak into Lord Tedd's world and Nioi might have been alterations to the original plan similar to how Ellen was supposed to be a villain. Though it's also possible that Edward saying the Lord Tedd issue was being addressed might have been a clue that the thread was cut entirely, which would be a shame considering Ellen expects to see Kaoli in the future.
Well, there is a theory that the reason Lord Tedd is what he is, was because Elliot was killed in that universe, it would have left Lord Tedd open to manipulation by General Shade Tail who might have even engineered Elliot's death in order to take his place as Lord Tedd's guardian.

No tea (I want to see Catalina and Rhoda, after all, not some substitute), and wearing swimsuts.  I picture one-piece, but YMMV.  They've got some frosting on them, but not yet covered in it.   And Catalina is holding a proportionately-sized cupcake and staring very directly at Rhoda as she takes a great big lick out of the frosting on it.
The promise of more to come is usually much sexier than showing things too blatantly.  ;-)

Damien was also narcissistic in the extreme and dumber than a sack of rocks. Even with what little I knew of him, I would consider him incapable of an acting job that would so convincingly portray a completely different person.

Mph. I feel that is stretching it, but that is because I know the character and would be hard put to see him as anything but a big friendly dork. Mind, if it had been Rich...

Why would assuming that make her a good feminist? And besides, what he does doesn't even remotely resemble sexual harassment.

Conservation of detail is just a general policy for writers to follow, it's not a law handed down from on high.  There is Zero reason to think that Susan's father is any one we have "meet" yet.
Don't mind me, really, just the automatic assumption that way too many fans (and not just of the EGS) have that the cast of whatever they are fans of can't ever increase with out major changes happening to the whole universe of the item in question drives me up the freaking wall.
    Snarl.  Grunt.  Snap. Bark, etc.

Ashley's desires regarding transformations currently run to involuntarily transforming others, for various good or bad reasons.
I suspect that if Pandora wants to Mark Ashley, all she has to do is be present when Ashley finds out about Sam.  That would be a completely altruistic reason to want to be able to transform others.  At the moment of most wishing she could do something to help him, Pandora could probably give her that power.
I suspect the reason Pandora was able to give Tedd a Mark that allows him to transform others, is because he can so deeply understand why someone might *want* to be transformed.  He already knows better than to transform someone else against their will, but he is also experienced enough with transformations to know that it wouldn't necessarily be against someone's will.

I always find it amusing when somebody uses an "X-American" compound to refer to somebody who has no connection to America at all--e.g. calling an African-descent person who lives in Britain and has never set foot in the USA an African-American. Sorry, no, if you're going to use such terminology, the person ought to be called African-British.

Long ago, I frequented 3 forums; a General Video Game Forum, an Ace Combat Forum, and here. While it's been hit-or-miss most of the time, the one thing I loved about all the forums was this sense of... community. I posted a long time ago somewhere that shared interests are the glue that sticks people together - at least at first. And while at first you kind of need to adjust to the environment, once you get into the swing of things (even just by lurking the comic forums as I do), you start to feel that... sense of catharsis, and that mildly overwhelming-in-a-good-way feeling that here are dozens, hundreds, or even thousands of like-minded individuals around the world just there at the touch of a button. I post about all this here in the sad thread because I feel like with social media outlets like Facebook and Twitter now dominating the discourse, well, the world's moved on. Of the 3 places I used to frequent, this comic forum is the only place left with some of the old community still intact. While I still get that feeling in the new social media (dude, everytime I tweet out #StarCo there's at least 1 or 2 people responding) it's somehow not as fun. Maybe it's partly because people can't do the kind of wild zany things that we can roleplay do here.
Most of all I miss some of the people; of course a few of them are still here (namely Hack, Pharaoh and Zorua), then there are those people I still fondly remember (Heresy, That guy with the Dwemer robot avatar (really sorry I couldn't remember your name, I liked you, man), JJ, Celtic Minstrel, and Lyre Harper in particular, especially Lyre, I was actually really touched when she - around November 2013, checked my old account to see if I was still OK.) To change some lyrics to an old song:
Some [have left], and some are [staying], in my life, I love them all.

    *puts on vet/biologist hat*
A parasite is something which feeds off of or takes resources from another (generally larger) host creature, to the detriment of the host and the benefit of the parasite.  The classic form is endoparasites, such as tapeworms that live in the intestines and feed off of the host's bloodstream, but the term can also encompass stealing resources another creature has gathered or depositing eggs in another bird's nest so that the other bird will expend resources on raising the parasitic young instead of their own.
Mosquitoes are parasites -- they take blood, and the host does not benefit in any known way from the relationship.  They're not predators because they don't kill the host (at least not directly, the diseases they can carry are another matter).  The plants do no harm to the sun, therefore they are not parasites.

…I've generally heard "childlike" and "childish" as distinct attributes: "childlike" meaning the virtue described in Matthew 18:2-4 and "childish" meaning the vice as partly described in 1 Corinthians 13:11.
