My sister is doing well, she's a lot happier than she was when she was in denial about her actual gender and trying to live as something she's not.
And I really wish more people had accepting parents.

Full-body armor is better balanced than an equivalent weight carried on one's back. Wearing a 30kg set of armor would put equivalent strain on your body to carrying an extra 30kg of fat on your body, which is much better balanced than carrying 30kg in a backpack or other container. If a 30kg-overweight person can run, then a non-overweight person in 30kg of armor can run just as well.

Even with the inclusion of Catgirls, no mall centered chase scene will ever top

Having said that, the bigger the mall, the better for Scooby Doo type chase scenes.

Please note that English has a LOT of words for sex.  But the number of those words that are safe to use in a public forum is rather limited.

I find the image of cat tails or ears falling off and ending up lying around, discarded and forgotten, to be a very sad one.  Only thing sadder would be someone who wished the enchantment hadn't ended picking up their now-inert tail and pinning it to their clothing, where it would just hang limply....

This comic passed through my life intermittently as I was growing up, and I like to think that it was one of the factors that allowed me to remember a part of myself that I didn't know that I had forgotten. I'm just glad that I'm actually transitioning instead of ending up waiting again, even though I don't know where my life will be later this year.

    Syd:  Sharks, Alligator
    Max: Snapping turtle, Hippo, Orca

I think I have reached a point that between xkcd, Girl Genius, EGS, The Whiteboard, Schlock Mercenary, and Grrl Power I can reply to almost any thing with a comic and be close to on topic.

Could we genetically engineer one or more claws of a cat, dog, or bird to function like a can opener?  Something like the P-38 or Church Key?

Heh, that reminds me of the time my mom asked what cat treats are made of and I answered without thinking: Kitty Crack

The oldest cat I have personally met was 25 years old.  There are a number of well-documented cases of cats living into their late twenties and beyond, with the world record being an astonishing but well-documented thirty-eight years old.  As medical care, diet, etc. improve, the lifespan of a species tends to improve, too.
The hedgehog chapter in the Manual of Exotic Pet Practice lists hedgehog lifespan as 5-10 years.  In the wild, an African pygmy hedgehog would only be expected to live 1-4 years; in captivity, 4-7 is more typical.  Again, as we learn more about proper care, housing, and diet, their lifespans in captivity have been increasing.
A cross between a cat and a hedgehog could have a life expectancy anywhere between the two, including at either extreme.  Given that Noriko didn't leave until at least after Tedd was born, and he's only 18 now, it's definitely quite plausible that Max and Jeremy are older than that.

Thinking fast, Catalina leaps up and announces, "Yes folks, your Moperville Community Players will be presenting Andrew Lloyd Webber's 'CATS' as this year's Waaaaay Off Broadway Black-Friday Blockbuster!"
Catalina and Rhoda should then retreat acrobatically from the Mall while singing the story of 'Mungojerrie And Rumpleteazer'.

Why would they want to shape shift?
They're cats.  The most perfect beings to ever dominate this planet.  Just ask them.

I will point out it probably wan't entirely for Adrian (after all good way to kill the tedium) but it was still at least partially so and no all of what is being blamed on her was done by her..

My guesstimate of how old Tiffany was when she caught her father cheating was five. She was carrying down a book for her dad to read to her, probably a children's version rather than a big volume of the very grim Grimm's Fairy Tales. Four is a bit too young to understand the no-no of mommy or daddy getting naked with someone who isn't mommy or daddy, and Tiffany/Susan being very smart would probably have started reading on her own quite early--in fact, insisted on it as soon as she could.
BTW, I read Moby Dick in Third Grade before anyone told me it was supposed to be work.

Of course if it was placed in another jar, then placed in an armoured car, it would be Pandora's Jar Jar Brinks, which is too close for comfort.

Panel-By-Panel Review! ...mostly because my slow Internet means I'm only staring at the first three panels right now and the rest of the page hasn't loaded. So, let's see how things go.
(pre-typed yesterday in MS OneNote; the only edit since copy/pasting it here was this sentence)

    Panel 1: beat

    Panel 2: Sounds promising...

Panel 3: O.O Never mind. ...and the worst thing is, I agree with her.
Also, the back to the camera pose. Hiding the transition of her facial expression, but there's just enough body language to show how tense she is.

Panel 4: "No one is obligated-" Page needs to load more. *clicks refresh*
    Also there's stress lines.
*picture turns into the "image not loaded" icon*
*commentary is suddenly a lot closer to the top of the page*

Commentary: "Eh, ain't I a stink-" LA LA LA NOT FINISHING READING IT UNTIL THE PAGE LOADS PROPERLY MOVING ON

Panel 4: "...genetics alone" FINISH LOADING ALREADY!

Panel 4: COME ON, PAGE! UGH!

    There we go.

    ...Wow, she is pissed.

Panel 5: And they are stunned. Unsurprisingly.

Basically this whole conversation is "Hey, there's someone you've never met who looks just like you and is probably your sister. You should totally be buddies." "But that means Dad cheated or Mom lied...or both." "But buuuuddieeees!" "NO!"

Susan: "The only family I care about is my mother."

Panel 6: ...GODDAMMIT INTERNET LET ME LOOK AT THE LAST FRIKKIN' PANEL! I saw the word "Then" in a bigger font and italicized. That's not good.

Show of hands: how strained is their friendship going to be after this? ...wait. I mean how many thinks they're not gonna be on speaking terms for a bit? Or something. I dunno. Brain, cooperate here.
    Brain: *shrug*
    Oh you're no help.

Panel 6: *le page didn't load and went to the "image not found" thing*
    *sigh*
    *refresh*

And while we wait for that, let's hear a word from our sponsor. Jim?

Jim: "Potatoes. Potatoes. Potatoes. Potatoes. Everybody eats potatoes."

...I need to fire my marketing guy.

    FINISH LOADING ALREADY!

Show of hands: how many of you find this post hilarious? I'm not editing this (except maybe spelling); these are my reactions and spur-of-the-moment thoughts. Including the absurd. My mind is weird.

Panel 6: "Anyway, I'll meet Diane." ...WELL THAT WAS A TWIST. I'm agreeing with the meddlers here. That was unexpected.

    Panel 7: ...oookay.
...hmm... She feels strongly about what she said. What did she say?
"I am certain Diane would agree with me...when I say there is more to family than blood! NO ONE IS OBLIGATED TO ANOTHER BY GENETICS ALONE!"
Idea. Does she want Diane to drop it? Does she want Diane to stop thinking of this as important since she's not "family"? Susan and Diane weren't raised together, and Susan's words imply that means she doesn't consider her family.
Or is it something else? 'Obligated'. Is the vampire deal something to do with it? (wow, grammar).
Or is... Wait, maybe she's going to meet Diane because...of her father? She's not obligated to him either. Not obligated to trust him (or past-him) implicitly, and is going to look into things personally.
Or, again, does she just wanna yell at Diane? Susan once saw her reflection as that of the Other Woman. Diane has the same face and the right hair color. But then that would be yelling at someone for something that isn't their fault...but Susan's also a teenager, and this is a sensitive and personal matter, so she might not think clearly on that matter.

Wait, I need to read the commentary.

Commentary: ...alright. Sure. I don't really have much to react to here.

    Anyway, back to the analysis.

    ...actually I'm out of speculations
