Pandora entered Grace's bedroom before entering her dreams. This suggests that the spell for entering dreams has a short range. It doesn't mean Pandora had to be at short range, but we do know that some spells (i.e., Ellen's copy spell) have limited ranges. 
Grace is in Edward's house.
Edward is probably also asleep.  when he is using his spell. Being asleep and dreaming himself would be a better explanation than "Use this spell which you don't know what does."
Disco Wizard says "Now that I can understand" after Pandora tells him she's trying to expose magic to make a better world for her son. That is spot-on Edward.

Back before the Crash, I speculated that Magic changing has to do with werewolves being a thing in the past but not the present.

Weren't you paying attention?  168 hours means sleep is for the WEEK.
So she can sleep for several days at a time.  How much does she need to sleep overall?
Humans spend about one third of their day sleeping.  Does Pandora spend a week sleeping and is then up for a fortnight?
Can she vary the frequency, one month asleep and two months awake or one day asleep and two days awake?
Or is the Immortal internal clock cycle around the week like human metabolism cycles around the day?
Or does she get so bored with the world that she occasionally knocks herself out for extended periods just to see if anything surprising has happened while she was sleeping?

How about Myst and Riven?  I don't recall having to kill anyone in either of those games!

Dangerous Rarity Tedd will notice the magic activity (Pandora vs Disco Wizard in the Chimera Cortex) coming from Grace's room.  Tedd will discover a way to notice the presence of immortals on the spirit plane by a human on the mortal plane.
